This piece dates back to the mid Century and is a Harris Lebus piece.
I originally acquired this piece to upcycle and potentially paint, but after stripping off all that old dark pealing varnish, I fell in love with it, in its raw form.
This stunning piece has been stripped and sanded down to bare wood and finished with osmo oil, to bring out the beauty of the wood grain and to give it that hard wearing finish. 
Gold lion's head handles have complemented the piece to really bring out it's true elegance against the rich tones in the oak veneer.
*Due to my pieces being pre-loved, minor imperfections may be present, but these simply add to their character and charm.
