Victorian mahogany chest of two short over three long drawers.
This old chest is a solid, sturdy and heavy piece of furniture.
The drawerrs are all furnished with decorative brass handles. It has many scuffs, bangs, cips to veneer - and historic veneer repairs - but for a piece of furniture of this age - it is not surprising!
It certainly looks authentic and rustic! Great storage!!
There is evidence of historic worm - but this remains inactive, has been treated and in no way alters the integrity of the piece!
