This elegant classic Bradley yew dining table and four chairs have been given an upgrade to harmonize with todays stylish interiors. The solid wood table with a yew veneer top will easily seat 4/6 people and 6/8 with the extension leaf in place. Each end slides out to reveal the extension piece which can then be slotted into place in the middle.

The table top has been stripped, sanded, slightly lightened with a paint wash and finished with wax oil to enhance and protect the beautiful grain of the yew. The sides and the pedestal leg have been painted black and protected with varnish.

The 4 vintage Bradley Wheatear chairs have been sanded, primed and sprayed black giving a brush stroke free finish and protected with clear varnish. The seats have been recovered with a large print floral fabric each chair using a different part of the pattern. The repurposed fabric is Bill Beaumont Isabella lime and is in very good condition.

My new table arrived from PinkDotUpcycling at Upcite and omg I'm in love! I so miss being able to do this kind of thing myself, but cannot fault the work done to bring this table back to life and just look how stunning my kraken's bride is!! . Off to follow the FB groups now to see what other unique pretties I can find! Technically a lamp table, but us three being shorties means it will work just fine for crafting, science experiments etc. . . Only opened up to protect the artwork and a table cloth!.
