Vintage Oriental Tall Bedside Cabinet

VINTAGE CUPBOARD 

The cupboard has been hand-crafted in Indonesia from solid mahogany, which has been stripped right back to give it a weathered vintage appearance. The result is a wonderful modern contrast between the old and the new. The front of the cabinet is slightly curved, has four curved cabriole legs, an ornate underskirt, plus panelled sides, which overall boasts a French chic style. Once made, the cupboard has been dried out by wood fire. 

Inside there are two shelf spaces, with a removable shelf, so the cabinet would be ideal to use as a drinks cabinet in your dining room, or storage in your lounge. It could even be used as a small hallway cabinet, or even a bedside table in your guest room! Wherever you place it, it will certainly combine country charm with French flair.

This is a natural solid wood product and therefore has unique grain patterns, textured rustic wood, colour variations and occasional knots in the wood surface. The cupboard has been hand painted in chalk paint so you may see brush marks which is the nature of the paint. 

Wood lives on in furniture and it breathes and moves over time, so minor movements that may occur are totally natural. Please use coasters to protect the paint.
