This Harris Lebus dressing table has been stripped and sanded. The body has been painted in black mineral paint and finished with varnish for extra protection. 
The veneer on the drawers has been left exposed and finished with a wax varnish. 
The original mirror was cracked and so this has been replaced. 
This piece has two deep drawers, with a beautiful veneer fronts, these drawers have been lined with a teal and gold wallpaper. On the top there are two compartments, each with two separate sections for storing jewellery or other items out of sight. 
As with all vintage pieces there are some minor imperfections but these do not detract from the functionality of the piece.
