Vintage oak sideboard, having two drawers over two cupboard doors and resting on stretchered barley twist supports.
This is a lovely sideboard that has that aged look. It has some light and dark blemishes to the top and some superficial cosmetic marks here and there.
There is also a small split in the wood to the central front elevation - but it in no way detracts from the piece!
There is also evidence of minimal historic worm which is inactive and has been treated. Despite this it affords good storage, and is solid and sturdy!
The sideboard has a galleried back which has a central carved motif which is also on the cupboard doors.
Internally the cupboard is a large open space. The drawers are furnished with decorative metal handles!
Dimensions 114cm wide x 44.5cm deep x 102.5cm high to back and 91cm high to sideboard top.

We have installed the Mahogany Chippendale Show Cabinet today! I have attached some photos of it in situ. We are planning to have a photoshoot in a few weeks where it will be dressed with glasses etc. I will be sure to send some more over then- it’s going to be a showstopper! It is a very beautiful piece and we are really happy with the purchase.
Honestly, I wish I could give six stars because five just doesn’t feel like enough! (I never give five as there’s always room for improvement.) But I genuinely can’t think of how they could have done this better. In this day and age, you’re lucky if people even turn up, so this level of service was a breath of fresh air. The sellers were absolutely superb—they personally delivered the chest of drawers, blanket-wrapped for extra protection, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The piece itself is stunning. The rich Aubusson Blue, the jungle-inspired details, and the gold accents all come together beautifully. You can tell a lot of care went into restoring it. I’d love to have more pieces like this to match and complete my home.

Absolutely love my table. I live in a Victorian building with a narrow enclosed staircase. The seller unscrewed the top from the legs for me so that it could be carried up the stairs. Everything was perfect.
Fabulous piece of bestpoke bedroom furniture to add to my special collection. The Kiss mural design by Klimt is an iconic statement piece and I adore it. Excellent communication and customer service by the team and great fast courier service. Packaged and handled with great care. 5stars.
