Vintage two door sideboard

Firstly, the customer service from the seller was above and beyond. In fact she felt like a friend. The delivery was excellent, all updates were given. The drawers arrived very well packaged. On inspection I was very happy. Lovely touch with the spare paint, for any future scratches and the chocolates. An excellent seller.

I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years. Thank you Mandy.

I purchased a sowing table from you in April for my sisters birthday but wanted to send you photos when she had planted some flowers. It does look impressive.

I’m still faffing with the cabinet, getting it the right place in our lounge. Everyone absolutely loves it, my mom and sister in particular, even my 10 year old son!
